Alex Hynes Named Chief Executive of DfT Operator Limited
Alex Hynes has been appointed as the new Chief Executive of DfT Operator Limited (DFTO). Previously serving as the Managing Director of East Midlands Railway, Hynes brings extensive experience in the rail industry.
