Residents of Warndon Villages in Worcester have expressed serious frustration over significant delays in their postal deliveries, including important items such as hospital letters.
One resident, Sharon Ballett, living near Purleigh Avenue, told Cllr Murray:
“We’re literally getting one delivery a week. When the post finally comes, it’s a big bundle all at once, which is very inconvenient.”
Residents are concerned about the reliability of essential mail services, especially for time-sensitive and critical documents.
The delays affect everyone in the area, disrupting daily routines and causing anxiety over missing important correspondence. Some residents report waiting several days to receive hospital letters, which is causing additional stress.
